| Dave has been a licensed Colorado Realtor since 1980. His real estate experience began with the development of a 1480 acre family-owned ranch in Morrison, Colorado. This development is now a 740 unit high end home and golfing community.
Dave has extensive residential real estate education including the following certifications: CRS - Certified Residential Specialist training provides in-depth education in residential housing and investments. The CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential real estate agents with less than 4% of Realtors holding the designation. GRI - Graduate of Realtor Institute provides advanced real estate training covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. Less than 19% of Realtors hold the GRI designation. CNHS - Certified New Housing Specialist training focused on the marketing and selling of new homes and new home developments. SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist - provides special knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Dave currently is serving his third term on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association. Dave's affiliations include: Member Professional Standards Committee - Grand Junction Area Realtor Association Founding Director Colorado Real Estate Network - the recently established West Slope Regional Multiple Listing Service Company Finance Committee Chairperson - New Life Church Member Site Selection Committee - Mesa County Habitat for Humanity PRODUCTION Over the past eight years Dave, along with his partner Craig Ginter, has annually participated in 50-70 closed sides of residential and commercial real estate. |
