| Craig has been a licensed Colorado Realtor since 1998. Craig's experience prior to real estate includes 20+ years in commercial marketing and facility management. Craig's areas of expertise include: Commercial Real Estate Investment Management, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Land Assemblage and Land Development.
Craig has received both commercial and residential certifications: ALC - Accredited Land Consultant - to date 1,125 Realtors in the US have received this prestigious accreditation, the ALC accreditation represents the ability to understand and complete the most detailed and difficult land and ranch transcations. CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Manager - This certification entails over 250 hours of class room work. The CCIM Candidate must have achieved at least $10 million in commercial transactions to be considered for this certification. Craig's affiliations include: Rural Land Institute (RLI) Colorado Creative Marketing Exchange(CCME) National Council of Exchangors (NCE) Board Member-Mesa County Habitat for Humanity Volunter Make-a-Wish Foundation of Colorado Committee Member for the Tree House Youth Shelter PRODUCTION Over the past eight years Craig, with his partner Dave Woodward, has annually participated in 50-70 closed sides of residential and commercial real estate. |
