Craig has been a licensed Colorado Realtor since 1998. Craig's experience prior to real estate includes 20+ years in commercial marketing and facility management. ALC - Accredited Land Consultant - to date 1,125 Realtors in the US have received this prestigious accreditation, the ALC accreditation represents the ability to understand and complete the most detailed and difficult land and ranch transcations.
CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Manager - This certification entails over 250 hours of class room work. The CCIM Candidate must have achieved at least $10 million in commercial transactions to be considered for this certification.
EMS - Equity Marketing Specialist - This certificate is accomplished through the National Council of Exchangors simultaneous Exchanges are the hallmark of this extemed organizations.
